¤Prepress :

     We have good experience with color separation in our factory. We control the process from start to finish. After we receive the artwork we perform the very important adjustment of colors from the files before printing. After adjusting the prepress separation correctly, each packaging color will be more stable during production.

¤6+1-Color and 5+1 color Offset Printing and coating:

    It used to be that all packaging was printed on 4-color offset printing machines. But when that printing process was used on packaging it often resulted in unstable ‘dead color’ problems and serious tolerance slippage. But now our 6-Color Offset Printer allows us to solve these older technology problems. We can change the packaging’s ‘dead color’ from 4-color to solid color, 5-color, or 6-color as needed. This results in a more stable color and much improved printing tolerance.

¤Die Cut packaging:

    We are often called upon to enhance packaging by creating a 3-dimensional surface. This creates an exciting and impactful impression for your Brand. Our Die Cut machine can also emboss the packaging in a surprisingly cost-effective option.

¤Gold Foil Stamping:

    Our Gold Foil Stamping machine can foil stamp a mass flat are on the packaging surface, making a beautiful and high class image.

¤Part of UV coating:

      We can do partial UV coating after printing on the packaging titles. This creative option will give you a shiny contrast to make important images stand out even more. Combined with other options, such as embossing, it will enhance your packaging, product, and Brand.
